An industrial cherry washing and sorting line is an automated processing system specifically designed for small berries such as cherries. Through washing, bubble tumbling, spray rinsing, air drying, visual inspection, and weight/size grading, it achieves standardized processing and highly consistent sorting.

A standardized cherry washing and sorting line typically includes the following processes:

Through bubble tumbling and circulating water flow, it gently removes mud, leaves, and attached substances, a key step in the cherry washing and sorting line.

Multi-stage spray rinsing

High-pressure spraying further cleans the fruit surface, improving the cleanliness of the finished product to meet export standards.

Impurity separation module

Utilizing water flotation or a drum screen structure, it automatically separates leaves, stems, and light impurities.
